How to cancel your Sacral Business OS subscription:

If you purchased with a credit card:

If you purchased through Kajabi with a credit card (NOT Paypal) and want to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
    Go to the course platform and log in using the email and password you signed up with

  2. Click your profile icon on the top right.

  3. Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.

  4. Scroll down to “Billing” and click it.

  5. You’ll see your active subscriptions.
    Find the one you want to cancel and click “Cancel Subscription.”

  6. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

✅ Once canceled, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. You won’t be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

If you purchased through Paypal:

If you checked out with PayPal when purchasing your subscription, you’ll need to cancel directly from your PayPal account:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com.

  2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to open Settings.

  3. From the left menu, choose Payments.

  4. Click Manage automatic payments.

  5. In the list of merchants, select the business or creator you subscribed to.

  6. Click Cancel or Cancel Automatic Payments and confirm.

✅ Once canceled, your subscription will not renew. You’ll still have access until the end of your billing cycle.
